This is the method.....
and below would be the photos of the process
cut the ginger to small pieces
squeeze out the ginger's juice
sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
add uo the ginger juice, eggs and sugar
and cook with small fire
after it cools down, add the rum
whisk the non-dairy whipping cream
then mix up both
then put in a container and put in the fridge overnight
LASTLY
Ginger Rum Ice Cream is complete
(Because we dont have an ice cream maker machine
our ice cream will taste a bit more rough)
Overall it is ok...
but juz....
ginger taste plus rum
so... may reduce the quantity of ginger if you dont like it
