Psalm 46:1-3

God is our refuge and strength,

and ever-present help in trouble.

Therefore we will not fear,

though the earth give way

and the mountains fall into the hearth of the sea,

though its waters roar and foam

and the mountains quake with their surging.

神是我们的避难所，

是我们的力量，

是我们在患难随时的帮助。

所以，地虽改变，

山虽动摇到海心，

其中水虽砰訇翻腾，

山虽因海涨而战斗，

我们也不害怕。

一直提醒自己

无论遇到什么事

都不需要害怕

靠着主的信心及力量

神永远是我们的避难所

一切都能解决

靠着那加给我力量的

凡事都能

将一切交托给祂吧~~
